Using MIKE is free of charge but is subject to an agreement. To create your account, please complete the request form and the MIKE Terms of Use, and send these by e-mail to info.rch@railcargo.com. Based on the information we receive, we will draft your MIKE agreement and then mail you the copies signed by us.
To get started with MIKE, permissions and access rights must also be set up. To do this, please specify in the user rights request table (including the names and email addresses of the users as well as the requested modules) for which of your users we should set up user permissions.
On the request form you can choose between different features to customise MIKE to your needs.
- MIKE Ordering Empty wagons – Order empty wagons with ease and flexibility.
- MIKE Ordering Transport – Create transport orders and bookings with just a few clicks.
- MIKE Tracking – Track your consignments any time.
- MIKE My Invoices – Have a complete overview over your single invoices and invoice complaints.
