RCG again at transport logistic 2019

From June 4 to 7, RCG will be present at the leading international fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management in hall B6.

International – Customer-oriented – Informative

RCG has been a fixed component of transport logistic in Munich for many years. This year, customers, business partners and media representatives will again have the opportunity to immerse themselves in RCG's logistics world on the more than 300 m², open and two-storey fair stand. On this impressive stage, which puts the services of the Rail Cargo Group in the spot light, the international rail logistics company once again shows how it is done! Because RCG convinces with its internationality, tailor-made industry solutions, comprehensive know-how and a great deal of industry experience.

TransPORT – TransNET – TransFER – TransANT

Everything revolves around our TransPORTS: Customers can convince themselves of our TransNET and our powerful offers, often in continuous own-traction. With the maritime, continental and conventional TransFER connections in Europe and Asia, RCG forms the backbone of international rail freight traffic. In addition, the innovative TransANT platform wagon will also be presented to the public in Munich. On the open-air site, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the new wagon closely and personally. Furthermore, the prototype of a new tipping container, the Green City Logistics Container, will also be presented.

Innovative – Smart – Environmentally friendly

In the spirit of its customers, partners and the society, the Rail Cargo Group offers innovative, smart and environmentally friendly end-to-end logistics solutions for all industries. At transport logistic, the focus will be on SmartCargo – the test phase and GPS equipment of our wagons is currently in full swing – and TransANT, the wagon innovation which sets a new standard in the freight transport market. In the future, the revolutionary platform wagon will help to shift more transports from road to rail and is therefore also a benefit to the environment. This is because rail freight transport causes only around seven percent CO2 emissions per ton of a truck. In this context, the Europe-wide initiative Rail Freight Forward with the climate ambassador Noah's Train also plays an important role at the RCG stand: The aim is to increase the share of rail in the European freight transport market to 30 percent – through top quality, a healthy price-performance ratio and the use of intelligent systems, more freight transport is to be handled by rail. RCG is acting as a driving force in this.
